A new version of our KiteLab V3 carbon bar with a completely updated design, using new technologies and materials.
Bar 48 cm – weight 140 g.
Bar 55 cm – weight 170 g.
Bar 62 cm – weight 185 g.
The main goal in the development of the new model was to create the most comfortable, without sharp edges and protrusions, a safe bar with minimal weight. KiteLab v3 is suitable for both professional athletes and all kiters who need to feel maximum control over the kite. The bar is adaptive to any kites, trimmer systems and safety systems. Many new solutions are embodied in this product. The bar is completely sealed against water ingress.
KiteLab V3 was developed by a professional designer in very close communication with top riders and the production department. Many prototypes were made before deciding on the best shape and ergonomics. Our solution was to use a cross section that is close to the shape of an ellipse, it is more convenient than a round one and adds rigidity to our bar. Stylish endings allow you to wind a larger number of lines, as well as securely hold them during transportation.
Unlike most carbon bars, we do not use ready-made carbon tubes. Our bar is completely moulded, which reduces the weight of the bar, increases strength and reliability, and also allows us to get any shape of the product, 100% monocoque. The bar is formed from a combination of longitudinal 80% and transverse 20% carbon fibers. The central part, as well as the endings, are laid in the matrix during molding, which gives us not only additional strength, but also tightness against water ingress.
The central opening of our bar is unique. It is reinforced with inserts and this guarantees it greater strength. A metal insert protects the center hole from being rubbed, ensuring your bar is durable when used. Unlike the competition, the design of the bar does not thicken in the center, which gives you even more comfort when riding on the water.

It is possible to complete the carbon bar with any type of trimmer system, for example, a 1:2, 1:3 or 1:4 trimmer system.
Detailed information on each trimmer system and their characteristics can be found in the "Learn more" section for each product.
The depower rope is the most heavily loaded element in terms of wear. We had to experiment a lot to achieve the longest possible service life. We made the cord with a very dense weave so that sand particles do not get inside the line, and also applied a wax impregnation with our unique additives that reduce friction and do not wash out so quickly with water.
The trimmer system with a gear ratio of 1:2 is perfect for freeride kiting, wave surfing and will provide maximum comfort when kiting on the water. Easy and reliable to use.
We use the lightest possible low friction ring with our branded pigtails. For the safety system, a small ring is installed for attaching a safety bungee line for one front line.
The updated KiteLab Clam Cleat allows you to adjust the length of both the trimmer system and the depower rope, as well as this Clam Cleat securely holds the trimmer rope.
The depower rope is the most loaded element in terms of wear.
We had to experiment a lot to achieve the longest possible service life. Especially for us, the leading manufacturer of the industry has made a cord with the densest weaving from Dyneema material. Due to the very high-quality weaving, sand particles do not get inside the rope. We also use special polyethylene impregnation with unique Teflon additives. These additives allow to reduce friction, sticking of sand particles, and increase the resistance of the rope three times compared to analogues.
We are constantly working together with our riders to improve our products to give you positive emotions while kiting.

The 1:4 trim system is an ideal option for riders who strive to get the best result in competitions and love the accuracy of controlling the kite's traction under any conditions. The trimmer system with a gear ratio of 1:4 is the most common among professional riders from all over the world. During a race with a heavy load, the 1:4 trimmer system is easier to work due to a larger gear ratio and, as a result, a lower load on the outgoing trimmer rope. Many athletes note that with this scheme, the trimmer rope is not so tightly clamped in the Clam Cleat, unlike 1:2 and 1:3. We use some of the best blocks, namely Ronstan, which in turn give the rider maximum smoothness and reliability.
The kit of the 1:4 trimmer system includes a safety bungee line.

We have developed and produce our proprietary KiteLab platform for Clam Cleat, it is very reliable and has been tested by our leading riders. It allows you to hide the connections of the ropes inside the body while having minimal dimensions. Especially for this platform, we produce rubber stroke limiters, they absorb the impact of the bar, and add comfort for kiting.

For freeride/freestyle on hydrofoil, many riders choose smaller kites. These kites are fast enough when turning and have a very good power reset. Especially for this style of riding, we have developed a new system that perfectly fits our KiteLab V3 carbon bar.
The name of this system is "Freestyle foil system".
The minimum number of elements in this system for less weight and more precise control of a small kite have become the main factors in the design of this system for our carbon bar. The smallest and lightest safety system is very easy to use, and its reliability has been tested with loads up to 500 kg. The guide ring on the depower rope allows you to quickly adjust the stroke length of the carbon bar. A simple and convenient solution with a knot on one depower rope allows you to quickly adjust the unevenly stretched frontlines of your kite. We use depower ropes of very dense weaving to reduce their wear when kiting.
This system is ideal for Clouds kites and the like.

We bring to your attention the KiteLab racing V-straps for use on hydrofoil boards. We have been experimenting with materials and structures for a long time to make them as suitable as possible for riding on hydrofoil.
The strap is a structure made of three layers of different materials. The upper layer is made of a 50 mm wide tape, it provides high strength and does not allow the strap to stretch. The second layer of very hard EVA material ensures the preservation of the shape of the strap without deformation. The third layer is a very soft EVA-material, it adheres to the foot, providing the best comfort, does not collect sand and water, does not rub the skin. Due to this design and the selection of materials, the strap is formed along the leg during riding and retains it's shape, while during a fall from the board, the rider's legs easily fly out of the straps, ensuring safety. The thickness of the strap is 10 mm and has a very small mass, only 95 grams. To adjust the size for your foot, we have arranged a number of holes for adjusting the straps.
We paid special attention to the pressure washers for the straps. Our washers provide maximum reliability from turning the strap, allow you to tighten the bolts on the board with great effort without deforming, both during tightening and during riding. Inside the washer there is a metal insert made of 2 mm stainless steel. On the outer plastic side there are teeth for holding the strap.
KiteLab racing V-straps are perfect for both professional riders and fans of hydrofoil riding.
